I've been in the automotive business for over 20 years and have been going to Joe's for 4 of them. I moved meanwhile, but still drive all the way down from Nashville to Joe's 'cause his prices are fair and he does good work. That's saying something.

On 5 different occasions, including the dealer of my car, I have taken my car to mechanics to get the reason why the temperature needle goes into hot while idling. One car in Franklin had my car for 3 days! My check engine light comes on, I go to Joe's, and find out I need plugs. While they are checking things out after with the car running, low and behold the Temp. needle goes into hot. So what do they do. THEY FIXED IT, THAT's WHAT! I never even flippen asked. Their receptionist told me when she picked me up. Ya, picked me up. I did not have to sit there and pick lint for 2 hours. I want a bumper sticker that says, I get my car "FIXED" at Joe's in Spring Hill. Thank you. You have restored my faith. Thank you. Thank you.
